Collaborators (Team Members)

A Collaborator is a person who has access to a Trackdrive
company. Each collaborator links a user (the login identity)
to a company. A single user can have collaborator records
in multiple companies, each with different team assignments.
Key Fields
- Email: validated unique per company.
- First name, last name, company name: identity fields.
- Softphone enabled: when true, this collaborator can use the agent softphone and appear in the Power Dialer as an available agent. This is what makes a team member an "agent" in Trackdrive's terminology.
- Agent enabled: enables agent-specific features.
- Agent status: tracks the agent's current status.
Agents Are Collaborators
There is no dedicated agent type in Trackdrive. An agent
is simply a collaborator with the softphone enabled. The
Power Dialer, agent widget, and agent-related features all
look for collaborators with this flag to find available
agents.
Superuser Determination
There is no role field on a collaborator. Superuser status
is determined by the permission system: a user is a
superuser if they are a global admin, a manager for the
current company, or if any of their team memberships has
manager status enabled. This is set when the team's
superuser setting is turned on.
