What Data Append Is

Data Append is a premium service that enriches a lead
with additional contact and demographic data looked up
from the lead's phone number. Appended fields become
part of the lead's data, so they can drive routing, filters,
reports, and exports. Configuration lives under Premium
Services -> Data Append.

Groups and Appends

Data appends are organized into data append groups.
The group is what you attach to the places that trigger
enrichment:

• Offers: enrich leads as they are created.
• Inbound webhooks: enrich leads posted by partners.
• Schedule actions: enrich existing leads from the schedule.

Each append inside a group configures:

• Append Type: which dataset to fetch (see below).
• Override Data: whether appended values replace data the lead already has.
• Contact Field Mapping: map appended data to a standardized format. Mapping occurs before data overrides are processed.
• Filters: leads that don't match skip this data append.

Append Types

• Free Zip Code: zip code derived from the phone number's area code and prefix. No charge.
• Advanced Zip Code: zip code from premium data sources.
• Address Data: full address, city, state, and zip code.
• Contact Data: name, address, email addresses, landline and mobile phone numbers.
• Contact+ Data: everything in Contact Data plus vehicle details and household income.
• All Data: the full profile, including demographics, financial attributes, household composition, property data, and lifestyle interests.

Billing and Caching

Paid appends are billed per successful lookup at the
per-append rates on your billing rate sheet; nothing
is charged when no data is found. Results are cached,
and repeat lookups for the same phone number and
append type within the dedupe window (one hour by
default) are not charged again. When a richer dataset
is already cached for a phone number, smaller appends
reuse it instead of triggering a new lookup.
