Default Dispositions for New Companies

When a company is created, 16 default disposition records
are provisioned. These cover the most common outcomes:

  1. Leave Voicemail - plays the recorded voicemail file
  2. VM Detected - agent detected voicemail but is instructed not to leave one
  3. Disqualified - lead data disqualifies the lead
  4. Not Interested - lead verbalized no interest
  5. Not Interested / Hang Up - lead hung up with intent
  6. Add to DNC - lead asked to not be called again
  7. Successful Transfer - call transferred to a buyer
  8. Transfer Failed - transfer attempted but no buyer accepted
  9. Transfer Failed / Set Callback - transfer failed, callback scheduled
  10. Callback Scheduled - lead asked to be called back
  11. Dead Air - no one on the line when lead entered conference
  12. Wrong Number - lead stated wrong number
  13. Did Not Apply - lead never filled out a form
  14. Auto Attendant - recorded message detected
  15. Fax Machine - fax machine was dialed
  16. Agent Disposition Timeout - auto-set if agent does not disposition within the timeout window. This is the default fallback disposition when no selection is made.

Companies can modify these defaults and create additional
custom dispositions.

System Status Dispositions

Separate from the defaults above, the system automatically
generates dispositions from call status values (e.g.,
"no_answer", "busy", "completed") when a call ends without
an agent-chosen disposition. These are system-generated and
hidden from the agent widget. Their names, hints, and colors
are driven by the platform.
