What Entity Overviews Are

Entity overviews are operational dashboards that show the
current status and recent performance of a collection of
records. The primary overview dashboards are:

  • IA Dialer Overview: shows all schedules with their active lead counts, processing status, and recent activity metrics.
  • Buyer Analytics: shows buyer availability, cap utilization, and recent call volumes.
  • Instant Agent Overview: shows agent status, call counts, and availability.
  • Leads Overview: shows lead processing status and queue depths.

Purpose

Overviews are designed for operations teams who need to
monitor the health of the system at a glance. They
complement the analytics dashboards by focusing on
current operational state rather than historical trends.

Data Delivery

Overview dashboards use standard HTTP requests with
server-side data including Redis cache for performance
(e.g., cached buyer distribution data). They do not use
WebSocket connections for live updates; data refreshes
on page load or manual refresh.
