How to Add a Credit Card

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Click Add Payment Method.
  3. Choose a payment method type:
    • Credit Card - add a credit or debit card.
    • Bank Account (ACH) - add a bank account for ACH payments.
  4. You will be redirected to Stripe to securely enter your payment details. Trackdrive never stores raw card numbers or bank account details.
  5. After completing the Stripe form, you are redirected back to Trackdrive.

The tokenized payment method can then be used for manual
charges and auto-recharge.

Setting as Default

If multiple cards are on file, set one as the default. The
default card is used for auto-recharge and any automated
billing. You can change the default at any time from the
Payment Methods page.

Removing a Card

Cards can be removed from the Payment Methods page. If the
removed card was the default and auto-recharge is enabled,
set a new default card to avoid recharge failures.
