How to Add a Credit Card
BillingSteps
- In the sidebar, open Billing > Payment Methods.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Choose a payment method type:
- Credit Card - add a credit or debit card.
- Bank Account (ACH) - add a bank account for ACH payments.
- You will be redirected to Stripe to securely enter your payment details. Trackdrive never stores raw card numbers or bank account details.
- After completing the Stripe form, you are redirected back to Trackdrive.
The tokenized payment method can then be used for manual
charges and auto-recharge.
Setting as Default
If multiple cards are on file, set one as the default. The
default card is used for auto-recharge and any automated
billing. You can change the default at any time from the
Payment Methods page.
Removing a Card
Cards can be removed from the Payment Methods page. If the
removed card was the default and auto-recharge is enabled,
set a new default card to avoid recharge failures.
