How to Create an Offer

Offers

Offers are the central routing unit in TrackDrive. Every
tracking number, schedule, and buyer ultimately hangs off
an Offer. Creation is intentionally lightweight: a short
wizard captures the essentials, then the Offer opens in
its full edit page where every other section is configured.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar open Setup System -> Offers and click New Offer.
  2. Fill in the Attributes wizard. All fields arrive pre-populated, so you can edit only what you care about:
    • Name (required). A human-readable label. The placeholder is Insurance Calls. The wizard pre-fills a timestamped default like New Offer 2026-04-17 10:49:46 -0500; replace it.
    • Offer ID. A unique short identifier, placeholder IC001. The wizard pre-fills a generated value like NIKLAN40cdc810. Replace it with something memorable if you have a convention.
    • Record Calls. Checked by default. Uncheck only if you have a specific reason not to record.
    • Password Protect Recordings. Unchecked by default. When enabled, only logged-in users with company access can download recordings.
    • Select A Template (optional). Choose an existing Offer to clone its configuration. Selecting one shows a "Template Details" preview below the dropdown. If your account does not have schedules enabled, only Offers without agents appear in the list.
  3. Click Create Offer >.

The Offer is created immediately and you are taken to its
edit page.

After Creation: The Edit Page

The edit page (/offers/:id/edit) is the workshop where
the rest of the Offer is shaped. It is composed of these
sections, each rendered as a card:

  • Edit Attributes: the same fields from the wizard, plus the Offer's title bar.
  • Call Flow: define how inbound calls are handled from the moment they hit a tracking number through to the end of the call. Click New Call Flow to add Call Routers (route to a buyer, play an IVR, hand off to a Voice Agent, and so on).
  • Callback Behavior: how TrackDrive handles return calls from leads who were called outbound first.
  • Telephone Numbers: tracking numbers and Number Pools attached to this Offer. See "How to Buy a Number" and "How to Create a Ring Pool" under Numbers.
  • Premium Services: opt-in features such as Post-Call Transcription & Keyword Spotting.
  • Optional Settings: contains Traffic Source Payouts (see "How to Set Offer Payouts"), Lead Creation & Retention rules, Posting Instructions, Contact Fields, Triggers for Webhooks & Actions, and Incoming Webhooks.
  • Lead To Call Automation: how leads submitted to this Offer get queued for outbound dialing.
  • Dynamic Number Insertion Settings: configuration for swapping numbers on your website per visitor.
  • SMS Flows: how incoming SMS messages are handled.
  • View Related Records: schedules, conversions, and other records that reference this Offer.

Companion Articles

Now that the Offer exists, you will typically:

  • Add buyers (see "How to Add a Buyer to an Offer").
  • Attach a tracking number (see "How to Buy a Number" under Numbers).
  • Create schedules that feed leads into the Offer (see "How to Create a Schedule" under Schedules).
  • Retrieve the Offer's API tokens for lead submission (see "How to Find Your Offer API Tokens").
  • Set Traffic Source payouts (see "How to Set Offer Payouts").

Form Reference

The wizard at /offers/new renders only the five fields
described above. The full edit page is composed of
eleven sections (edit attributes, call flow, callback
behavior, telephone numbers, premium services, optional
settings, superuser settings, lead to call, dynamic
number insertion, SMS AI bots, and related records).
