Real-Time Priority Leads

Power Dialer

What RTP Leads Are

RTP (Real-Time Priority) leads are leads whose priority
value (computed from the lead_priority token in the lead's
data) is at or below the schedule's real-time priority
threshold. These leads receive priority treatment in the
dial queue.

How RTP Works

  • Each dialer cycle has a 75% chance of attempting to dial RTP leads before standard leads.
  • RTP leads are sorted using the same sort logic as standard leads (determined by the schedule's sort order setting).
  • After RTP leads are processed, remaining capacity is used for standard leads.

Lead Sort Order

For non-RTP leads, the sort order is determined by the
schedule's sort order type:

  • First in, first out: oldest leads dial first.
  • Last in, first out (default) or random: newest leads dial first.

All sorting uses dial tier ascending as the primary key
(lower tier = higher priority).

Schedule Weight Distribution

When multiple schedules feed the dialer, leads are
distributed proportionally by each schedule's dial weight
setting (1 to 1000, default 1).
