Reporting in TrackDrive

TrackDrive provides several reporting surfaces, each designed
for different use cases:

  1. Analytics Overview (under Analytics in the sidebar) is the default landing page after login. It provides customizable widget layouts where users can arrange metric cards, charts, and tables into personalized dashboards.
  2. Classic Dashboard displays real-time and historical metrics for calls, conversions, revenue, and other KPIs. Widgets show aggregate counts and trends.
  3. Call Reports (legacy) generate CSV exports of call data with configurable filters. This is the older reporting mechanism.
  4. Data Exports (modern) provide a flexible export system supporting 11 different exportable record types with scheduling and recurring export capabilities.
  5. Calls By Category breaks down call volumes by configurable categorization rules.
  6. Entity Overviews provide operational dashboards for schedules, buyers, and agents showing status and performance metrics.

Data Freshness

Dashboard metrics are computed from a combination of real-time
Redis counters (for current-day figures) and database
aggregates (for historical data). Most dashboard numbers
update within seconds of the underlying event occurring.
