Schedule Overview

Schedules

What a Schedule Is

A Schedule is an automated workflow that operates on
leads. Schedules are the engine behind outbound nurture
sequences, scheduled callbacks, lead distribution to
external systems, and any other action-over-time behavior
in TrackDrive.

A schedule is an ordered sequence of actions (dial, wait,
webhook, CRM post, restart, etc.) executed on a lead.
Once the lead is enrolled, the schedule processor
advances each lead through its actions based on each
lead's next-action time.

Schedule Type

Each schedule has a type. Two values are in active use:

  • contact_caller - the schedule dials or messages a consumer. This is the standard lead-outreach type.
  • lead_distribution - the schedule distributes the lead to external systems (webhooks, CRM posts, ping-tree reposts) without necessarily calling the consumer itself.

Different schedule types expose different action menus
and validation rules in the UI.
