What are SMS Flows

SMS Flow are automated SMS conversation flows that engage leads via text message.
When an incoming SMS arrives on a lead associated with an
offer that has an SMS flow configured, TrackDrive matches it to
applicable SMS flow on the offer and response is sent accordingly.

Key Behaviors

• Offer-scoped: each SMS flow belongs to a specific offer. Different offers can use different SMS Flow campaigns.
• Token-filtered: each flow can have token filters. Only incoming messages from leads whose tokens match the filter get the response.
• Traffic source filtering: each flow can optionally be restricted to leads from a specific traffic source.
• Schedule pause: when a lead enters an SMS flow, the lead's schedule processing is paused for a configurable duration (the "Delay Lead Actions" setting, default 12 hours). The lead's status is set to "waiting_on_sms_ai" and its next action time is pushed forward by the delay duration.
