What a Telephone Provider Account Is

A telephone provider account connects your company to an
upstream telephony provider so you can purchase numbers,
send SMS, and route calls. Trackdrive supports:

• Twilio
• Plivo
• Telnyx

Each provider has its own purchasing flow, pricing, and
capabilities. You can connect multiple providers
simultaneously.

Where to Find It

Navigate to Integrations > You will find Provider-specific
connect flows exist for Twilio, Plivo, and Telnyx.

Number Browsing and Import

Once a provider account is connected, you can:

• Browse numbers available on the provider side that have not yet been imported into Trackdrive.
• Bulk import all available numbers with a single click.
