Yes, With Consumer Consent to Place Outbound Call

TrackDrive supports outbound dialing through the Power Dialer,
the schedule system, and direct API-driven calls. Outbound
dialing is gated by the same legal requirements that apply to
any call platform in the United States: TCPA consent, federal
and state Do Not Call list compliance, and curfew rules.

Your Responsibility, Not TrackDrive's

TrackDrive provides suppression list tools, consent capture
fields on leads, and time-of-day controls in schedules to help
you stay compliant, but the responsibility for having proper
consent on every dialed lead rests with the company sending the
calls. TrackDrive does not pre-check leads against the federal
DNC registry; you must scrub your lists before import.
