Company Settings

What Preferences Control

Preferences are managed under Company > Preferences in
the sidebar. The page contains these sections:

  • Company Branding: upload an icon image (200x200), set text color (colors_text), and background color (colors_primary) for the company's UI theme.
  • Agent Settings: configure the Plivo Browser SDK client region (plivo_browser_sdk_client_region) with options for USA East, USA West, Australia, Europe, Asia, South America, or blank for nearest.
  • Email Settings: configure notification frequency with unread_notices_interval (how often notice digest emails are sent) and unread_alerts_interval (how often alert emails are sent).

Timezone

There is no company-wide timezone setting.
Company timezone is determined by the owner user's
time_zone setting, with a fallback to the application
default. Timezone is a per-user setting, not a per-company
setting.

Changes take effect immediately for all users in the

company.
