Company Settings Overview
Company SettingsWhat Company Settings Control
Company settings define the global configuration for a
Trackdrive company account. These settings affect every
aspect of the platform's behavior for that company, from
how calls are recorded to what features are enabled.
Setting Categories
Company settings are organized into several areas accessible
under the Company section in the sidebar (visible to
superusers only):
- Preferences: branding, agent configuration, and notification frequency.
- Security: PII handling, API access whitelisting, support access controls.
- Manage Features: per-company feature toggles.
- Call Recording: whether calls are recorded and how long recordings are retained. Can be found in Setup System > Recording Retention
