Feature Toggles (Manage Features)
Company SettingsWhat Feature Toggles Are
Feature toggles are on/off flags that enable or disable
specific platform capabilities for a company.
Default Feature Flags
When a company is created, these default feature flags are
provisioned:
- Schedules, Lead To Call Automation: enables schedules and lead-to-call automation.
- Agents & Softphones: enables agents, softphones, call actions, dispositions, and scripts.
- Incoming and Outgoing SMS: enables incoming SMS, outgoing SMS, SMS blasts, and SMS AI.
- Buyer Attempt Caps: limits how many times a buyer can be dialed per hour, day, month, or in total.
- Connection Caps: limits how many times a buyer or traffic source can be connected to a caller per hour, day, month, or in total.
- Dynamic Number Insertion: enables dynamic number insertion, advertising optimizer tokens, and impression tokens.
- Buyer Real Time Bidding: enables real-time bidding for buyers.
- Superuser's have unique table tabs, filters, and columns.: each superuser sees their own tab state in data tables.
Configuration
Feature toggles are managed under Company > Manage
Features. The page shows all flags in a grid with bulk
enable/disable capability.
Global vs Per-Company Flags
Some flags are global (affect all companies and are managed
by TrackDrive staff). Feature toggles visible under Manage
Features are per-company. The system automatically creates
a toggle record the first time a feature is checked if one
does not already exist.
