How Can I Tell If My Traffic Source Has Real Leads?

The Two Independent Signals Trackdrive Captures

Trackdrive has first-class support for two third-party lead
certification systems, both of which create a verifiable
record at the moment a consumer fills out a form:

  • Jornaya (LeadiD): A LeadiD token captured on the form is stored on the call as a Jornaya token record. Jornaya independently records keystroke timing, mouse activity, page URL, and form interaction patterns. The token is queryable through Jornaya's API to confirm the lead was genuinely submitted by a human and to retrieve a playback of the form session.
  • TrustedForm: A TrustedForm certificate URL is captured as a custom field and exported in 18+ data export columns. TrustedForm provides a similar consumer-side certificate of the form interaction, including a snapshot of the page at the moment of submission.

How to Enforce These on a Buyer

Buyer conversions and webhooks support a
jornaya_tcpa_guardian webhook type that calls Jornaya to
verify the token before the lead is delivered. If the token
is missing or fails verification, the buyer can be configured
to reject the lead.

What to Ask For

When evaluating a new traffic source, ask whether they can
pass a Jornaya LeadiD or a TrustedForm certificate URL on
every lead. A traffic source that cannot produce either is
either running consent that predates the lead (acceptable
for some verticals) or running leads of unverifiable origin.
Trackdrive support can help you set up the
jornaya_tcpa_guardian webhook and the parser fields needed
to capture the tokens.
